Additionally, she offers guidance regarding state and federal compliance in the areas of Arizona, California, Florida, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, and Texas.

She has helped various companies, including startups, with HR outsourcing. This includes support in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. Additionally, Dr. Hove recommends strategies to motivate employees and is skilled in cleaning, transforming, gathering, and analyzing HR data from multiple sources, such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, and performance reviews.
