I realized the need to start a business when I was pursuing higher education and entering the workforce. I wanted to create a place where people could seek support in making important academic and career decisions. That's why I established Ezrah's Aid LLC, to help individuals through their educational and professional journeys.

Many deserving candidates miss out on college admissions, internships, job opportunities, or promotions due to minor writing errors or difficulties explaining their qualifications and achievements.

Dr. Hove, the owner of Ezrah's Aid, holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is a Nebraska (& online) notary and a First Aid/CPR/AED instructor.

She specializes in organizational strategy by identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data. She provides coaching to organizations and individuals in the behavioral and educational fields and has also supported professionals in sales, nursing, finance, and data science. Additionally, she offers guidance on state and federal compliance in Arizona, California, Florida, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, and Texas.

She has helped various companies, including startups, with HR outsourcing. This includes support for the recruitment process, including identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. Dr. Hove recommends strategies to motivate employees and is skilled in cleaning, transforming, gathering, and analyzing HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, surveys, and performance reviews. Furthermore, she assists with managing applicant tracking systems while staying updated on sourcing strategies,
